Deep Root Feeding (or “DRF”) is the process of injecting nutrients into the soil that surrounds a tree. By supplying the root system with high-pressure hydro-injects and organic soil supplements, we can reduce the stress level of the tree and make it healthier. Larger, greener foliage will follow — along with quicker healing capability after pruning and/or natural wounds. The tree will also have greater resistance to insects, disease, and drought.
DRF can be done at any time of year, but is usually performed during the spring and fall months.
